CIDOT will not facilitate the merging ofpersonally-identifiable information with non-personally identifiableinformation, such as age, gender, or interests, previously collected fromDisplay Advertising features that is based on the DoubleClick cookie unless youhave robust notice of, and the user’s prior affirmative (i.e., opt-in) consentto, that merger.

We will only use your personally identifiable informationas described below, unless you have specifically consented to another type ofuse, either at the time the personally identifiable information is collectedfrom you or through some other form of consent from you or notification to you:
